Welcome again

I don’t have to tell you how quickly the year has gone, I can’t believe that it’s only a matter of weeks until Christmas. It’s also good to see that the weather has fined up and that our district graingrowers can get some serious harvest time. I hope that all our district farmers are getting good yields and high quality grain.

Quiet week

It’s about a quiet a news week as I can possibly remember, my spies have gone missing which means I have no way of finding out what is going on. Anyway we will see what we can muster up….

Cricketers down

It’s been a start to the season like no other for the MCC as they struggle to record a win. Not that they have been losing by huge margins, in fact many of the games have been just about as close as they can get (1 wicket, a couple of runs). Of course the loss of Captain Gary “Larry” Cameron was a real blow to the system both form a playing and organising perspective.

Never the same

I was actually talking to Larry just the other day and he was telling me the Doc recons that his foot will never be the same as it was. I’m still non the wiser as to how it happened and I can’t get anything out of anyone as far as this incident goes. I am back in the district next week, so I am determined to find out what actually happened.

Tiger tales

Have you been following the Tiger Wood soap opera? He makes our very own Shane Warne look like an amateur. I can’t work it out how he kept all of this quiet for so long…….and they tell me there is more to come. Luckily they don’t behave like that down at the Royal….

That’s all
